Best Friends Group

Hawaiʻi based owner-operators.

We build, acquire, and grow businesses with care, respect, and a long-term commitment to legacy.

Who we are

We’re two entrepreneurs and longtime friends who believe great local businesses deserve permanent stewards.

Our approach is simple: protect what's working, take care of people, and grow thoughtfully.

We live in Hawaiʻi. We work in Hawaiʻi. And we’re building here for the long run.

What We’ve Built

We founded Keiki Coders and Keiki Athletes from scratch starting with free classes in Kapi’olani Park.

Through word of mouth we’ve grown our programs, serving over 1,500 students across 17+ schools in Hawaiʻi.

Our Approach

We listen first

1

Every business has a story. Before we talk numbers, we want to understand what you've built, who your people are, and what matters to you about your company's future.

Transition on your terms.

2

Every owner's situation is different. Some want a clean handoff, some want to stay involved for a while. We structure transitions around what works for you.

We strengthen what's already strong

3

We strengthen what's already strong. We bring the resources, systems, and the long-term investment to keep that momentum going.

We operate what we own

4

We started by building our own businesses from the ground up in Hawaiʻi. We’re local operators who understand what it takes to run a company day to day. When we acquire a business, we're committing to its future.

What we’re looking for

Consistent profitability with $500K+ in annual cash flow

Recurring or repeat revenue

Strong local reputation and loyal customer base

Committed team with a manager or operator in place

Owner ready to transition
